Christmas in the Heart

The Chamber of Commerce is hosting our annual Christmas in the Heart event on Saturday, December 6th, on the courthouse square in Brady.

The morning kicks off with a 5k/1 mile Sole to Soul Fun Run with Santa benefitting and hosted by Vision Heights Church. Following the race, Jeremy Campbell will be providing live music beginning around noon. There will be food vendors, bounce houses, face painting (weather permitting), and live entertainment throughout the afternoon. Make sure you come check out the Methodist Church Bell Choir! The Chamber will be setting up a kids' craft corner where children (or the young at heart) can create their own Christmas ornaments.

Santa Claus will be making a stop at the courthouse from 3:30-6:00 p.m. and will be available for pictures at that time. Pictures will be $5 and presented in a commemorative frame while supplies last. Proceeds will benefit the Brady Parent Teacher Organization. Also, bring us a sample of your home made cookies for Santa Claus. We'll be having a cookie bake-off!

We will be concluding the evening by lighting the courthouse for the Christmas season shortly after 6:00 p.m. Make plans to join us for a magical, fun afternoon!
